Telehealth evaluations will include a convenient and live, one-on-one video chat going through an evaluation reviewing the clients past medical history, subjective reports and ending with a functional screen being performed.

 

Clients will be given a home exercise program

A review for proper form.

 

Follow up visits will consist of monitoring the effectiveness of the home exercises, detail correction of performing exercises

&

Progress as indicated.
